These terms govern your use of the Ivy Quarter store and any order you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have kept them as plain as we can.
Who we are
Ivy Quarter is an online retailer of women's clothing and bags, selling to customers in the United States.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
Our products
We work hard to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences between a photograph and the item in your hands are possible.
Product descriptions, fit notes, and sizing guidance are given in good faith to help you choose well. They are not a guarantee of exact measurement.
Availability and pricing
All items are subject to availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error on our side, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it at the wrong price. We will always tell you if this happens.
How orders work
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email.
We may decline or cancel an order in a small number of cases, for example where an item is unavailable, where payment cannot be taken, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify, over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Discount codes
- Codes are subject to the conditions stated wherever the code is offered.
- Codes cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.
- Codes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
When using this store, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with its operation or security, or attempt to
- Copy our content for commercial use without permission
Intellectual property
The text, images, and design of this store belong to Ivy Quarter or are used with permission. You are welcome to share them; you may not reproduce them commercially without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Ivy Quarter operates.
