These terms govern your use of the Ivy Quarter store and any order you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have kept them as plain as we can.

Who we are

Ivy Quarter is an online retailer of bedding, pillows, blankets, mattress toppers and other home comfort goods. The business is operated from Sofia, Bulgaria. We sell to customers in the United States, and orders are shipped from a warehouse in the United States.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Our products

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including materials, sizes and measurements. Screens vary, so small colour differences between a photo and the item are possible. Measurements are supplied by the manufacturer and can vary by about 1 inch.

Availability and pricing

All items are subject to availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error on our side, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you if this happens.

Discounts and promotions

Any discount or promotion applies only under the conditions stated with it, cannot be added to an order already placed and has no cash value.

How orders work

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be taken or we suspect fraud; if we do, you are refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

Product use

Our products are sold for ordinary personal and household use. Heated products should be used as described in their instructions. Nothing we sell is a medical device, and no description on this store is medical advice.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or security, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Nothing in them removes any right you hold as a consumer under the mandatory law of the state where you live; where the two conflict, your local right applies.
