This policy explains how Ivy Quarter ships your order, what it costs, and how long it takes to reach you. It applies to every order placed through this store.

Where we ship

Ivy Quarter ships within the United States only. We are not able to fulfill orders placed with an international delivery address. If you enter one at checkout, please contact us before you pay so we can save you the trouble.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum spend, no weight surcharge, and no shipping line added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

How quickly we process orders

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed over the weekend or on a holiday begins processing on the next business day.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days from the date you order.

Please treat these as estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak shopping periods can all extend them, and those are outside our control. We would rather give you an honest range than a promise we cannot keep.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed. Please keep it, as it is your record of the purchase and the fastest way for us to find your order if you contact us.

Getting your address right

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. It is the single most common cause of a delayed order.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will get in touch to arrange either a reshipment or a refund of the item value, whichever you prefer.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate above, or if it arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out with you. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
