Shipping
Where do you ship?
Ivy Quarter ships within the United States only at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days. Orders are processed on business days, so an order placed at the weekend begins processing on the next working day.
Discounts
Do you offer anything for new customers?
Yes. Use code WELCOME15 at checkout for 15% off your first order. One use per customer, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
Where do I enter the code?
In the discount box at checkout, just above the order summary. The saving is applied to your total before you pay.
Returns and exchanges
What is the returns window?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on eligible items. The full terms are in our Returns and Refund Policy, linked in the footer of every page.
What condition do items need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return reaches us and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes a few working days to show it.
Sizing and fit
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page carries fit notes: whether the piece runs true to size, where it sits on the body, and what to do if you are between sizes. There is also general guidance on our size guide.
What if I am between sizes?
The fit notes on each product page say which way to go for that specific piece, because it varies with the fabric and the cut.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Accepted methods are displayed in the footer.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details. More detail is on our secure checkout page.
