Every order placed with Ivy Quarter goes through Shopify checkout, the same payment system used by millions of stores.

Your card details

Card information is entered directly into Shopify’s payment system over an encrypted connection. It is never visible to us, and we do not store it. We can see what you ordered and where it is going, and nothing more.

Encryption

The whole store runs over HTTPS with an SSL certificate, which is why your browser shows a padlock in the address bar. That encryption covers everything you type, including your address and payment details.

Accepted payment methods

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with the express wallets shown at checkout. The full list of methods appears in the footer of every page and again at checkout before you pay.

Pricing and shipping

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, and any sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Nothing else is added at the final step.

Discount codes

If you are ordering for the first time, enter WELCOME15 in the discount box at checkout for 15% off. The saving is applied to your total before you pay, so you can see it clearly.

If something looks wrong

If a charge does not look right, contact us through the contact page before contacting your bank. We answer within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback.
